Mirien! Like the rays of the moon, you shone bright white.

Silver was your gilded hair, golden, your heart of love.

With conviction and compassion you ruled, in the years of the Darkened Moon.

Mirien, oh Mirien! Like the ripples of the deepening pool, your voice once sang

Now voiceless are thee...

Trees of white, and shivering bark, your songs of light, grew Gali-en...

Now queenless, are we...

Mirien! Queen of the starlit Elves! If only thou could have seen the Moonlit night!

May you once again, view the glistening night...
