Suggestions to increase activity

As some of you may have noticed, activity has been dwindling substantially since around December. Does anyone have any suggestions to try and bump activity back up again? Weather it be more forum games or activities, ways to recruit new people to the forum, whatever; We need all the assistance we can get at the moment.

What kind of contests do you have in mind?

The problem with contests is there's not all that much we can provide in the way of prizes.

Well, we've got a few artists and writers here, maybe a writing or art contest? That's the first thing that comes to mind.

Prizes can be TF2 items!!!!

As for prizes for contests and things, IDK... maybe a custom emote of your choice?
