Here is the place to discuss your workout routines.

I'm currently focusing on running as it is the exercise I currently enjoy most, and using that to get into a better physical shape, will focus on strength and upper body later.

I'm currently trying to workout every other day, 2 miles per workout. Friday, I was able to run a mile non-stop for the first time, so I'm getting there. I'm trying to build myself up so I can do a mile non-stop every time/consistently, and then will work for running 2 non-stop. For now I'm just jogging as much as I can, and then alternating running and walking for the second mile.

Ah, yeah. I run pretty often too . Not every day, but maybe once a week. I'm fast, but I can't keep running at the same pace for long. I'm more of a sprinter than a jogger. Have any special workout techniques that help you keep your running pace?

Not in particular, I just focus on not over exerting myself but to keep jogging, and it works out alright.

I usually do like, 8km with 4 min/km. Not every day as it's quite a time effort, but man, it does hurt your muscles.

Jogging... Running.... Yech! I will just jump rope or stair master for 20-30 minutes, and do some lifting and agility ladder work with some pushups and situps mixed in. Can't stand running! Razz
