I don't have a dog.

Don;t want to strike up a friendly conversation with your neighbor's dog, then?

I don't like my neighbors much.

But what about your neighbor's dog? I'm sure he's a reasonable enough chap, if you talk to him through usage of this device.

I actually like their dog, to be honest.

Dr Doolittle is cool . Only read a book and seen I think one movie but that was with his daughter in it .
And yes, it would be nice to talk to animals in general. That way when I tell a barking dog to shut up or to beat it, he'll maybe do it (no offence, but its just that alotta the dogs around here are annoying, I do know some very nice dogs I love)
